The journey continues: to the 'Manufaktur Designwelt' in Zeil am Main in Germany
Fronts and monoliths in the spotlight – fascinating premium kitchens from 12 October at the Allmilmö in-house exhibition

Zeil am Main (Germany)

The Lower Franconian premium kitchen manufacturer Allmilmö Küchen GmbH & Co. KG welcomed the interested trade public at its in-house exhibition in Zeil am Main from 12 to 15 October. In the immediate vicinity of the factory, the luxury brand will be presenting new sample kitchens, fronts and unique 'monoliths'. In addition to a large number of trade partners from Germany and abroad, architects, project managers and home designers came to Zeil am Main to attend this year.

The focus on the approximately 1,000 square metres of exhibition space was clearly on 'fronts' and 'monoliths'. The latter, although already in a top design position, have been significantly upgraded: Allmilmö now offers several variants made of solid granite and attractive ceramic surfaces. Outstanding material brands such as Dekton, Silestone or Neolith now enrich the surface design portfolio.

The monoliths of the luxury kitchen manufacturer, which will be presented for the first time in 2021, are striking for their perfect holistic appearance. The basis is formed by the 45° mitres of the worktop and back – stylishly accompanied by flush-fronted panels on the kitchen side and flush-fronted skirting boards on the carcase.

The "Manufaktur Designwelt" by Allmilmö also shines with several new show kitchens – with noble materials, inspiring design and in the best brand quality. Elegant-looking, vertically structured fronts play with materials such as wood, stone and concrete. Dark decors and pastel shades enrich the orchestrated experience of the new models, most of which can be located between classic modernism and minimalism.

For example, the handleless "La Cura" show kitchen with white high-gloss lacquer from the "Modern Art" design range, stylishly contrasted with Cambrian Black granite. This kitchen with wave-shaped fronts and rounded sides is presented together with a Flying Bridge and a tall unit combination – both also in brilliant white high-gloss lacquer, the latter in turn strikingly accentuated with Cambrian Black granite. Finally, the ensemble also includes a monolith in a 7-unit grid and a carcase height of 91 centimetres – and not surprisingly: of course, also in elegant black Cambrian granite.

The show kitchen 2 belonging to the "Design Art" series is the "Cortina Unicolor" model – new now for the in-house exhibition in 876 Lagoon Blue. This kitchen will remain unforgotten thanks to the noble, lacquered oak veneer. A rather hidden highlight is then concealed in the carcase interior: the Allmilmö-typical "a-Box" is shown here with noble interior fittings in laminate "stainless steel".

The next show kitchen is called "Ceramica". Its visual impression is clearly dominated by the Dekton front, a particularly hard and resistant surface material made from 13 different natural minerals. Allmilmö is proud to present the new Dekton colour 'Reverie'. This model from the Design Art range also has a smart Tip Tec opening system and eye-catching glass frames pull-outs.

The "OPACO Metallo PM" model dominates presentation areas 4 and 5. Firstly, a metallic shimmer with a 'Bronce' colour scheme for the fronts – elegantly complemented by matt black profile handles in combination with the anti-fingerprint surface Opaco Elephant Skin supermatt Black (structure 12) and an interior with a-Box in Metal Black Reet. The worktop is also finished in Opaco Elephant Skin supermatt Black 12.

Further OPACO furniture is designed as a solitaire with bar equipment. Of course, the Opaco anti-fingerprint laminate in supermatt black dominates the picture here, too. The "wow", however, is particularly deserved by the fittings, which remain almost invisible. Here, Allmilmö relies entirely on the product innovation of an Italian manufacturer.

A real "eye-catcher" in the in-house exhibition is the Fineline Vertical kitchen – a valuable combination with the Cortina and Spatola programmes. While the larder unit is also dressed in Fineline Vertikal – here painted in NCS 6500 N diamond lacquer – the wine cooler is a magically attractive solitaire with its framing glass cabinets and open shelves veneered in almost sensuous walnut. The kitchen island is with anthracite-coloured fine concrete on the dining room side and fitted with fronts in Fineline Vertical Smart on the kitchen side. The interior of this new show kitchen shines in stainless steel laminate.

Kitchens that satisfy the passion for design, craftsmanship and timelessness – this is the best way to describe the new models in Allmilmö's design world this year. The new vertical grooved fronts, produced in-house in fascinating colours, also fit in with this understanding of values. All these new products can, of course, still be admired in the company’s exhibition centre after the end of the in-house exhibition.
